Welcome to Fashion Assist ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fashion Assist mobile application ("App") and related services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Fashion Assist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
• If under 13, use must be under supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Data & Privacy

Fashion Assist does not collect personal data such as names, email addresses, or contact info. Only device identifiers are used to manage subscriptions. Uploaded images are stored temporarily for 24 hours and then deleted automatically.

4. Subscriptions

• Service Name: Fashion Assist
• Subscription Duration & Services Provided: Weekly (7 days) and Monthly (1 month) subscriptions, each offering unlimited AI-powered outfit previews during the subscription period.
• Price: Starting at $7.99 per week; $24.99 per month.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content and design are the property of Fashion Assist. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You acknowledge that your use of this App is subject to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement (Section 2).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 6 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
